Landom connects asset owners, developers and project sponsors with buyers, investors, family offices and funding partners across an international network.
Our role
Landom Group was founded in 2023 by Lance Tonge and Dominic Ellis to bridge gaps between commercial opportunities and relevant counterparties. Based in Portugal and working internationally, the business operates through deal sourcing, established relationships and focused introductions.
Landom does not hold client money or manage investment portfolios. Its role is to understand the opportunity or brief, identify potentially appropriate parties, make the introduction and help facilitate the commercial conversation.

International relationships
Landom maintains relationships that may include buyers, sellers, developers, family offices, private investors, property investors, lenders, funding partners and other commercial counterparties. The value lies in identifying where interests may align and making relevant, discreet introductions.
Leadership
Co-Founder
Lance brings more than 25 years of financial-services experience, including roles with Pearl Assurance and Legal & General. His background includes financial-planning qualifications and brokering short- and long-term loan solutions in the UK. He has since worked internationally in Switzerland and Portugal, bringing commercial understanding and relationship-led experience to Landom's introductions.
Co-Founder
Dominic has been involved in real estate development and property investment since 2003, with knowledge of commercial lending for development. Since moving to Portugal, he has developed relationships across the commercial asset market. His sector experience includes hotels, business parks, commercial land and residential developments.
